Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative will deliver exceptional service to donors by answering inquiries, handling complaints, and soliciting donations, creating positive experiences throughout each interaction. The role requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls during designated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls to donors regarding UMR’s 2022 Ramadan and Qurbani campaigns to solicit donations
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective donors, assisting with inquiries and issues
  • Process donation requests, maintain accurate database records in a timely manner
  • Correspond with donors via phone and online channels
  • Foster a positive donor experience and support donor retention
  • Participate in necessary training before campaigns begin

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (Arabic, Urdu, or Swahili) preferred
  • Tech-savvy with multitasking ability
  • Friendly, professional, and positive approach
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and patience in resolving customer service issues
  • High school diploma with at least 2 years’ relevant experience

  • Donor-focused, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable, reliable, and knowledgeable in policies and donor management
  • Ability to handle complaints and create positive interactions
