Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative will deliver exceptional service to donors by answering inquiries, handling complaints, and soliciting donations, creating positive experiences throughout each interaction. The role requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls during designated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to donors regarding UMR’s 2022 Ramadan and Qurbani campaigns to solicit donations
- Answer inbound calls from prospective donors, assisting with inquiries and issues
- Process donation requests, maintain accurate database records in a timely manner
- Correspond with donors via phone and online channels
- Foster a positive donor experience and support donor retention
- Participate in necessary training before campaigns begin
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (Arabic, Urdu, or Swahili) preferred
- Tech-savvy with multitasking ability
- Friendly, professional, and positive approach
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and patience in resolving customer service issues
- High school diploma with at least 2 years’ relevant experience

- Adaptable, reliable, and knowledgeable in policies and donor management
- Ability to handle complaints and create positive interactions
