The role requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls during designated campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place outbound calls to donors regarding UMR\u2019s 2022 Ramadan and Qurbani campaigns to solicit donations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer inbound calls from prospective donors, assisting with inquiries and issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process donation requests, maintain accurate database records in a timely manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correspond with donors via phone and online channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a positive donor experience and support donor retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in necessary training before campaigns begin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English;
