The role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage&nbsp;<strong>digital and traditional marketing campaigns, public relations, and community engagement<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement\u00a0<strong>comprehensive marketing plans<\/strong>\u00a0to promote Salam University\u2019s academic programs and activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and execute\u00a0<strong>advertising campaigns<\/strong>, including social media, Google Ads, and print media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and oversee all\u00a0<strong>branding activities<\/strong>, ensuring consistency across digital and physical platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digital Marketing &amp; Social Media Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the university\u2019s\u00a0<strong>social media accounts<\/strong>\u00a0(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring engaging and informative content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee\u00a0<strong>website content updates<\/strong>\u00a0and improve SEO strategies for better online visibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing insights for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Public Relations &amp; Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with\u00a0<strong>media outlets, journalists, and partners<\/strong>\u00a0to enhance the university\u2019s public image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write and distribute\u00a0<strong>press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a spokesperson when required, representing the university in public events and media engagements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Student Recruitment &amp; Outreach:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organize and participate in\u00a0<strong>student recruitment campaigns, education expos, and school visits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop partnerships with\u00a0<strong>schools, organizations, and corporate entities<\/strong>\u00a0to promote Salam University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead open house events, webinars, and information sessions to attract prospective students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Content Creation &amp; Design Oversight:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the creation of\u00a0<strong>marketing materials<\/strong>\u00a0such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional videos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing marketing assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Market Research &amp; Performance Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct\u00a0<strong>market research<\/strong>\u00a0to understand student needs, competitors, and industry trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on performance metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide recommendations for\u00a0<strong>continuous improvement and innovation<\/strong>\u00a0in marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in&nbsp;<strong>Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum\u00a0<strong>3-5 years of relevant experience<\/strong>, preferably in higher education or a related sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of\u00a0<strong>digital marketing tools, social media management, and branding strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent\u00a0<strong>communication, leadership, and project management skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in\u00a0<strong>SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work\u00a0<strong>independently and collaboratively<\/strong>\u00a0in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Languages Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Fluent oral, written, and comprehensive skills in English, Dari &amp;
